• Technical Consistency: While focusing on mindset, we also teach fundamental techniques, like efficient movement and positioning, to build confidence and effectiveness. We build our goalies from the ground up, BRICK BY BRICK. We focus on proper stance, stepping, and hand-eye coordinator before adding in angle play or other gamelike scenarios at Training Sessions.

• Positive Environment: We aim to keep the sport fun and prevent fear of the ball, using appropriate shot selection and a foam ball in drills to build confidence.

• Stoicism: Applying Stoic principles to view events (like goals) objectively, focusing on rational responses rather than irrational beliefs (e.g., "I'm a bad goalie").

• "Next Play" Mentality: Using cues to move on from past plays and stay focused on the current moment.

• Situational Awareness: Understanding game flow, defense, and how to communicate effectively. 

• Being a Minimalist: Less is more. Restrict pre-shot movement. Be set anytime the ball is in the Men’s Restrainer Box. React to the release point, don’t guess. Don’t bait, stay set.
