Dave Pearson
Recruiting Coordinator - Prep Shool and College
Originally from Scarborough, Maine, Coach Pearson played collegiate lacrosse at the University of New England, where he was recognized as an All-Conference selection, Conference Player of the Year, and earned All-American honors as a goalie.
Following his playing career, Coach Pearson began coaching at the collegiate level with stints at Springfield College, Bowdoin College, and Babson College, gaining five years of experience developing student-athletes across competitive NCAA programs.
In 2024, Coach Pearson was named Head Coach at Cushing Academy, where he also serves as a member of the Math Faculty. In addition to his work at Cushing, Coach Pearson works witb with 3d New England, where he's been involved for the past four years, and is entering his second year on staff with the New Balance All-American Tournament
